MEDICOPAX — Shipping Policy
Last updated: May 14, 2026
MedicoPax serves as a B2B information and inquiry platform for medical packaging machinery and compliance solutions. We do not sell physical products directly through this website. All deliveries of equipment, components, or related goods are handled through separate commercial agreements. The following terms apply to any orders placed through or facilitated by MedicoPax.
Order Processing
All orders are confirmed in writing via a formal order confirmation issued by MedicoPax / Maker Factory. Production or sourcing of equipment does not commence until written order confirmation has been received and, where applicable, a deposit payment has been processed.
Lead Times
Delivery lead times vary depending on equipment type, configuration, regulatory requirements, and supplier availability. Indicative lead times are stated in the relevant quotation. Lead times for medical packaging equipment may be longer than standard industrial equipment due to quality control, documentation requirements (FAT/SAT protocols), and regulatory compliance needs. MedicoPax cannot guarantee specific delivery dates until a formal order has been confirmed.
Shipping and Freight
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, all goods are shipped Ex Works (EXW) from the supplier's or our premises. The buyer is responsible for arranging and covering the cost of freight, insurance, customs clearance, and import duties applicable in the destination country.
Where MedicoPax arranges freight on the buyer's behalf, this will be specified in the quotation and invoiced separately at cost. Shipments of medical packaging equipment may require specific handling conditions (temperature, humidity, vibration limits) as specified in the equipment documentation.
Risk of Loss
Risk passes to the buyer upon handover of goods to the carrier, in accordance with the agreed Incoterms. We recommend that buyers arrange adequate cargo insurance for all shipments, including coverage appropriate for sensitive medical equipment.
Damaged or Missing Goods
Any damage or shortage must be noted on the carrier's delivery documentation at the time of receipt and reported to MedicoPax in writing within 48 hours of delivery. For regulated medical packaging equipment, damage reports must be retained as part of the equipment qualification documentation (IQ/OQ/PQ). Claims reported after the 48-hour window may not be accepted.
